1. Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns if:

The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

The return request is made within 3 days of receiving your order.

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

⚠️ We do not accept returns for opened, used, or unsealed beauty and cosmetic products due to hygiene reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Used cosmetics, skincare, or fragrance items.
Items purchased on sale/discount (unless defective or damaged).
Gift cards or promotional items.

3. Return Process

1. Contact our customer support at 01987936350 with your order number and reason for return.

2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions.

3. If approved, return the item to the provided address in its original packaging.

4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or replacement.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect.

5. Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may request an exchange instead of a refund.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to customer preference (wrong size, change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
