Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery if cash on delivery.
Fraudulent transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.
4. Orders & Shipping
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email/text.
Processing and delivery times may vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
Cart2door is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect addresses, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed before you complete your order.
5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the nature of beauty and cosmetic products, returns are only accepted if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the order.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify for return/exchange.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 days after approval.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
